Our Condo is a second floor unit (4E) with 2 BR/2BA with a Loft that sleeps 2 additional guests. We overlook the pool and are 400ft from the Gulf of Mexico in this private Beach front community. Our kitchen is recently upgraded and opens up to the living room. The lanai is screened in and over looks the pool with a nice shade tree in front to help keep the sun off and allowing additional privacy during your stay. We keep our unit updated with a tropical feeling that allows our guests to feel at home once they walk through the door. We have 3 Tv's (Living, Master & Loft). The TV in the loft is great for kids traveling with video games. The kitchen offers a Microwave, refrigerator, Glass cook top stove, dishwasher and all items to support a residential kitchen. We also have books and games for those times on the lanai before bed.
Smoking is not permitted in our unit and sorry no pets are allowed.
