Coquina Beach is a small 40 unit (5 building) community that faces south on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex offers a large pool, 2 gas grills, Tennis and private access to the beach. Parking is limited to one assigned space. If you plan to have a second car there are guest spaces, but they are limited. We are centrally located close to Golf Courses, Restaurants, Stores, Boating, and many other activities.
